How eAssist Changed My Life – Sarah Stetson

Sarah Stetson PhotoSarah Stetson had been taking care of her mother in the spring of 2015 when she lost her. Heartbroken and devastated, she did not have the desire to return to the workforce full time. While looking for a dental job that she could do from home, she came across eAssist. Like most of our contractors, she felt it was too good to be true. But fortunately for her, that was not the case. She decided to apply not knowing if anything would come from it, but knew she wanted to be home and care for her family after the loss of her mother. Within a few hours, she received a call from the HR department to schedule a phone interview. After going through the testing and training process, she was assigned to her very first office. She says “Having the chance to work from home at my own pace was a true gift.” She loves the insurance game, knowing there is constant change and a need to learn new things within the industry.

For Sarah, each day presents new challenges and allows her to grow in ways she could not in a dental practice. “I am excited to work from home, doing something I love and raising my kids. eAssist allowed me the opportunity to homeschool my kids last year and again this coming school year. Teaching them the values of work and time management has been so rewarding. I am grateful for the flexibility it has afforded me and I love being my own boss. It has taught me to be a stronger leader in life and in work. I have met amazing women on this journey and realized that with life being so short, eAssist has given me the gift of a career and the freedom to live. I couldn’t be more thankful eAssist! You all changed my life.”

  • Sorry for the loss of your Mother. Mothers are our core. How sweet that your loss made you want to be there all the more for your own children. Great that eAssist made that possible for you.
