eAssist Spotlight – Lorena Puga

Lorena Puga has been with eAssist for two and a half years. She originally applied to be an eAssister because she wanted more flexibility in her daily schedule. Lorena also says “I just feel that cyber careers are the way of the future.” The dental billing field is the perfect fit, she loves to work with numbers and problem solve. Working with all the different dental softwares makes her feel like she plays video games for a living. Being surrounded by the knowledge and friendly people within eAssist has been her favorite aspect. She never feels alone, even working from home most of the day. An interesting fact about Lorena is that when she was small, she wanted to be an astronaut when she grew up. Marcey, one of Lorena’s team leaders, says this about her, “She possesses the skill set, work ethic and positivity necessary to be successful. She focuses not only on the task at hand but the relationships she is building along the way. She goes above and beyond every day!”
