eAssist Spotlight- Robyn Scott

Robyn Scott began working with eAssist on January 2, 2018. She began as aging AM and was then promoted to AE just 6 weeks later! She is currently an AE on 5 different offices and an AM for 1 office. Robyn has been in the dental field for over 30 years. She likes getting payment due for services rendered and getting offices what they deserve in a timely manner. Robyn applied with eAssist because she was hoping to relocate out of state. She went through the vetting process while working in an office and finished, but wasn’t assigned to an office for 5 or 6 months. However, the timing was great! She had just moved and started working full time from home. Robyn finds it extremely gratifying when the claim process comes full circle. The cycle of submitting the claim, it getting paid or denied, following up, and in most cases getting the claim paid is so satisfying! A fun fact about Robyn is that her and her husband moved to Idaho from Southern California to follow their daughter and son-in-law so they can start a family in a nice, friendly community. Robyn’s KC Rachael says this about her, “She is such a hard worker. She has come into 2 large group practices, implemented systems and coached her team to a great long term success. Robyn has been able to jump into eAssist and implement the Message to Garcia off the bat!”
