Revised CDT Codes and Descriptions – The Descriptions of the following Codes have been revised with the CDT 2016.

New Service Codes
The Eaglesoft CDT Utility adds the New Service Codes to the Service Code list; it does not revise or delete any Service Codes.

Revised and Deleted Service Codes
The Service Codes listed below should be manually edited to make changes for the CDT 2016 revisions. Any codes that have been deleted with the CDT 2016 should be edited and marked inactive. (Codes that have been used in the past in Eaglesoft cannot be deleted due to history).

Inactivate a Service Code:
1. Go to Lists | Service Codes or Services.
2. Edit the Service.
3. Uncheck the checkbox for Active.
4. Click OK.

Please remind your offices of the changes in the ADA/CDT codes and assist them in updating this information based on the requirements of the software programs they are using.
