We are here for you: eAssist’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As you already know, our country is facing a National State of Emergency due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). This week the White House and ADA recommended postponement of non-essential dental treatment.

During times of instability and uncertainty, it is important to remember the things you can rely on; eAssist is one of those things.

Whether your practice is operating as normal or facing temporary closings, your remote eAssist team is still working to ensure you collect every dollar you are rightfully owed. Here are a few important things to know:

  • We are working for you. The remote nature of our company means we are uniquely suited to continue to collect your hard-earned dollars from work you’ve completed in the last 30, 60 and 90+ days. If you decide to close your office, please keep your eAssist computers and connected devices on so we can keep your collections and billing running smoothly.
  • Your collections will continue flowing. Even if you aren’t seeing patients, we are working your existing claims, filing appeals on your behalf, following up with insurance companies, posting EFTs, and more. We will make sure money is flowing into your practice.
  • We get paid when you get paid. Our business model is built to be scalable to reflect the value (in collections revenue) that eAssist provides to your practice. That means that if we don’t collect anything for you, your eAssist invoice will reflect that—and if your production goes down, so will your monthly eAssist invoice that is billed in arrears.

Our core purpose at eAssist is to Deliver Peace of Mind, and it is our honor to continue to do that for you. Know that we are relentlessly fighting for you, your practice, and your collections at this unprecedented time. You are our priority.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to your eAssist Success Consultants, Team Leader, or directly to me if there is anything we can do to help you or your team at this time.
