Word from the CEO – Revisit your New Year Resolutions

By: James V. Anderson, DMD, CEO

“Character is the ability to carry out a good resolution long after the excitement of the moment has passed.” — Cavett Robert

By now many of you have forgotten the resolutions that you made in the beginning of the New Year.  There is always excitement when a plan is first thought of and the resolution to make it happen this time is like a shout from a mountain.  If you have given up on the plan because you think you can’t make it happen, think again.  Resurrect your plan and this time write it down and put it on the wall where you will see it every day.  Next write on the calendar the steps and when each step will be complete.  Breaking it down to easy pieces will help you get there like stepping stones across a river.

You can do it!
