eAssist Spotlight- Chandra Poll

Chandra Poll is a diligent and hard worker, no matter if it is work, home life, or school studies. In the last 10 years she has struggled with being the best mother she can while providing a secondary income to her family. Her husband’s employment did not allow the luxury of her constantly staying home and she began missing out on milestones within her own family. Away from her friends and community, Chandra felt the pressures of a working mother more so than ever. Two years ago she applied for eAssist realizing she could do the work she loves and on her own time. She truly loves seeing the offices being reimbursed for the work that they perform. She says “The entire staff works so hard to see patients happy and confident with their smiles, and they deserve to be reimbursed for their hard work and dedication.” With eAssist, she feels empowered, engaged, and a critical part of the offices she services. An interesting fact about Chandra is that she is working towards her Health Information Technology degree. She hopes her new expertise will allow eAssist to grow in more ways. Nina Olson, Chandra’s Regional Manager, says this about her, “Chandra is great at what she does- she goes above and beyond what an Account Executive (AE) is expected to do in order to make her offices happy.  She is always available when anyone needs help or has a question that doesn’t pertain to her offices.  She is a huge asset to our eAssist family and is a model example of what it takes to be a great AE.”
