eAssist Spotlight – Cynthia Robinette

Cynthia Robinette has been with eAssist since November of 2014. She had recently been laid off from a practice and it was becoming more difficult to find a front office job since there were so many RDAs in her area waiting to transition into front office work. “Being able to do both is a definite asset, and as a non-clinical person, I was having trouble even getting interviews.” She was searching the job boards and came across eAssist and immediately started the application process. It quickly became apparent that she was meant to be at eAssist because a year later, her husband was laid off. “I have experienced the work of many wonderful dental professionals in my life, and have always appreciated their abilities, their kindness, their professionalism, their dedication to their craft. The more I learn about dentistry, the more I love it. I am so happy I decided to take my accounting background and combine it with my knowledge of dentistry, and my personal experiences with insurance companies, to create this career for myself.” Cynthia’s favorite aspect of eAssist is the support they provide for the independent contractors and offices. She knows she can depend on the IT department and eAssist executives to provide the tools they need to be successful and remain HIPAA compliant. “eAssist has shown that their focus is to provide a service to dental practices that in many in many cases, saves those practices, and it is a noble endeavor to want to do so.” An interesting fact about Cynthia is her entire family are all certified open water divers, she absolutely loves scuba diving! Marie, her fellow Regional Manager, says this about Cynthia. “Cynthia is a wonderful asset to eAssist – she knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something she will find the answer.  I have reached out to  Cynthia numerous times and she always takes my call and is helpful and kind. She will even take time to send out informative information (via email or the Hub) for the eAssist teams.  It means a lot to know that this type of person works for our growing company and thanks to people like Cynthia it will keep growing and be a huge success!”
