Word from the CEO – Great Leadership

Great leadership skill is a necessary quality for anyone in the CEO position of an organization.  When the business begins to grow and suddenly you are stretched too thin to be in control, delegation to other employees to share the leadership position is often difficult.  Being able to let go and take the risk that is required in collaboration with other innovators involves creating a climate of reciprocal trust.  Building on the culture of trust requires honest feedback, encouragement to pursue ideas, faith in other’s abilities and straight answer communication.   As CEO I look for leaders who will go far beyond working hard, I look for inspiration and motivation.   I am pleased to say that I am amazed with the leadership qualities displayed by many of my staff here at eAssist and that I value their input and ideas and wouldn’t have the success of eAssist without them.
