Worst Claim Story- March 2019

When you spend three months trying to get payment; they finally pay the claim and they send it to the wrong office. That office keeps the payment.  This is Reason #99 why credit card insurance payments are a terrible thing! Phone angst to the insurance company: “Ma’am, the patient is 41 years old and you sent the payment to a pediatric dentist. Can you not see the issue here???
